Christine Weimer
Christine attended Ohio Northern University Law School where she met her husband, Ed Breehl while attending ONU. After graduating, they moved to New Philadelphia and were married.
She is a lifelong, proud public servant, serving as Prosecutor for the City of New Philadelphia and Dover. In 2012, she was hired by Judge VonAllman as Magistrate in New Philadelphia Municipal Court. As a Magistrate, she hear evidence presented on a wide variety of topics and render decisions. She hears both criminal and civil cases on a daily basis, including an initial appearance on felony charges.
In addition to her responsibility as a Magistrate, she is also the president of The Ohio Association of Magistrates. They have over 700 members and their primary purpose is to develop education for a Spring and Fall conference. Each conference is 3 days wherein they have both national and local speakers present topics to their members.
She has also presented education to Magistrates and Judges across the state through the Ohio Supreme Court's Judicial College on a myriad of topics regarding the law and the impact on judicial officers.

Kent Watson
Kent is proud to say he’s a local, born and raised in Tuscarawas County, married to Susan for 49 years, and happy father of Ben and Sam. He believes in volunteerism, and giving back to the community. When not with family or at his church, he’s busy with several community boards and committees. He’s been described as an honest, open person, a leader who values communication, innovation, and problem solving.
He’s retired from a local manufacturer where he had broad product line responsibilities over people, products, and services and worked with customers locally and nationally. Despite a busy and successful career, Kent remained active in the community. He is currently a Trustee with the Tuscarawas Philharmonic, President of Tuscarawas Valley Heritage, Inc., and a Committee Member with “Jack’s House of Hope”.
Kent’s goal is to be your full-time Tuscarawas County Commissioner, readily available, with an open-door policy, 5 days a week, at the Commissioners’ offices in the Courthouse. Kent’s vision is to preserve a sense of community and rural character while promoting economic growth and job development and never losing sight of quality of life. He wants to see a county where all citizens can thrive safely with dignity and respect. As a trusted steward of Tuscarawas County’s future, he commits to delivering services that will improve lives, reflect our values, and preserve our unique quality of life.

Joe Reinhart
Joe Rinehart will bring more than 30 years of real-world business and technology experience to the Auditor’s office. As an early Ohio internet service provider and small business owner, he understands budgets, financial responsibility, and the importance of efficient operations. His work developing technology systems for the Akron Remote Digital Academy demonstrated his ability to create cost-saving solutions that benefited taxpayers for years. Joe also worked on international election support projects, helping to establish secure database systems connected to the United Nations Electoral Assistance Division’s Institutional Memory Project for the Iraqi Elections. These experiences show his ability to manage complex systems with integrity and precision.
Unlike career politicians, Joe Rinehart focuses on practical solutions rather than political division. He believes the County Auditor’s office should remain transparent, accountable, and dedicated to protecting taxpayers. Joe has also spoken openly about consumer protection concerns, including support for stronger fuel quality testing standards to help protect Ohio families from fraud and unnecessary costs.
Joe’s campaign is built on honesty, accessibility, and service to the people of Tuscarawas County. He understands the struggles facing working families, seniors, small businesses, and rural communities because he has lived those struggles himself. He believes the government should work for the people, not special interests.
As Tuscarawas County Auditor, Joe Rinehart plans to serve every citizen fairly and professionally. His goal is to keep trusted leadership, fiscal responsibility, and independent oversight in the office while ensuring taxpayer dollars are handled with care and transparency.
