As an early Ohio internet service provider and small business owner, he understands budgets, financial responsibility, and the importance of efficient operations. His work developing technology systems for the Akron Remote Digital Academy demonstrated his ability to create cost-saving solutions that benefited taxpayers for years. Joe also worked on international election support projects, helping to establish secure database systems connected to the United Nations Electoral Assistance Division’s Institutional Memory Project for the Iraqi Elections. These experiences show his ability to manage complex systems with integrity and precision.

Unlike career politicians, Joe Rinehart focuses on practical solutions rather than political division. He believes the County Auditor’s office should remain transparent, accountable, and dedicated to protecting taxpayers. Joe has also spoken openly about consumer protection concerns, including support for stronger fuel quality testing standards to help protect Ohio families from fraud and unnecessary costs.

Joe’s campaign is built on honesty, accessibility, and service to the people of Tuscarawas County. He understands the struggles facing working families, seniors, small businesses, and rural communities because he has lived those struggles himself. He believes the government should work for the people, not special interests.
